• Our gift cards are available in GBP, USD, Euros and Canadian Dollars, between the values of £20 up to £2000 or equivalent, and can be redeemed online, in stores and Outlets that trade in the same currency as your gift card.
• Gift cards can't be used as payment method when checking out via the AllSaints App at the moment, but we are working on it.
• Gift cards can be used on multiple occasions until the balance has been used and up to the expiry date.

How to purchase a GBP or USD gift card:

• Whether it’s a physical gift card or an e-gift card, buying one online is easy - at the basket page, select the value, add it to the basket and proceed to checkout, or
• You can type "gift card" in the search bar, find what you are looking for and add it to your basket. 

How to purchase a EURO or CAD gift card:

• You can also purchase an e-gift card online for regions that trade in Euros and Canadian Dollars.
• Buying an e-gift card online is easy - at the basket page, select the value, add it to the basket and proceed to checkout.
• You can only purchase an AllSaints physical gift card in our stores that trade in Euros and Canadian Dollars.

How will my gift card be delivered?

• If you ordered a physical gift card, we will post it to your chosen address via a secure tracked delivery service.
• If you ordered an e-gift card will be delivered to the chosen recipient’s email address and you will receive confirmation of the purchase.
• E-gift cards are delivered within 30 minutes or on the date selected.

How will my gift card be presented?

• Physical gift cards are presented in an exclusive AllSaints branded card holder and envelope.
• e-Gift cards are sent via email, using the design selected at the checkout.

To pay using a gift card online:

• You can use up to 3 gift cards per transaction.
• Simply enter your gift card number and PIN at the checkout and click "Apply" to redeem it.
• The PIN number is on the back of the card, under a scratch-off panel.
• Take care entering your PIN - 3 incorrect attempts will freeze the card for 8 hours. 

Gift card refunds:

• Keep hold of your gift card in case you wish to make a return.
• If you no longer have the gift card contact Customer Experience.
• If you paid with multiple gift cards, you will be refunded to the first gift card you entered at checkout.
• If you split your payment between a gift card and personal card, the funds are first returned to your gift card and then to the payment card as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
