In order to offer a premium courier service DPD will ship all our UK orders. Take a look at our delivery services and further information below. Please note that during busy promotional periods, deliveries may take longer. *Exclusions apply, please see below. 

DPD Standard Delivery – UK Including Channel Islands

• Delivery within 3-5 business days, between Monday and Friday 8am and 8pm, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• Channel Islands: We operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid on delivery of your order. UK VAT will not be charged on orders to Channel Islands, however our global selling price will remain the same.

DPD Delivery Next Business Day*

• Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, excluding weekends and bank holidays  
• Orders placed before 7pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next business day.
• Orders placed between 7pm Thursday and 2pm Saturday will be delivered Monday.
• Orders placed after 2pm Saturday will be delivered Tuesday.

DPD Saturday Delivery*

• Delivery between 8am and 5pm, excluding public holidays.
• Order up till 2pm Friday for our Saturday delivery service.
• Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.

DPD Sunday Delivery*

• Delivery between 8am and 5pm, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed before 2pm on Saturday will be delivered on Sunday.
• Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday will be delivered the following Sunday.

DPD Pickup 

With DPD Pickup, you can choose to have your order delivered to the nearest DPD Pickup point. Simply choose a Pickup shop at the checkout and choose from the list available based on your location. Note, that currently any items fulfilled form store cannot be delivered to a pick up location. 

• • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 
  • You’ll receive an email or SMS from DPD when your parcel is ready.
  • You have 7 days to collect your order. 
  • Bring Photo ID (such as a driving licence or passport) and a pick-up pass (such as the 2D code you receive from DPD or your utility bill) will be required upon collection.

* EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

At AllSaints, we strive to provide you with the best delivery experience - please take note of a few restrictions.

• We currently are unable to deliver orders to Gibraltar, BFPO UK Military addresses, PO boxes and Amazon lockers.
• We cannot deliver orders containing AllSaints fragrance by air transportation - only UK mainland addresses can checkout successfully, so this excludes Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
• Store-fulfilled items arrive within 3-5 business days, but busy periods may cause delays. We'll notify you during checkout if an item is from a store. Orders with multiple items may come from our distribution centre and an AllSaints store. Each shipment has its own dispatch confirmation email and tracking number. Distribution centre deliveries follow your chosen service, while store-sourced items use Standard Delivery.
• Outlying areas: may take longer to deliver to: AB31-AB38, AB41-AB56, FK17-FK21, G83-G84, GY, IM, IV, TR21-TR25, PO30-PO41 JE, KW, KA27, KA28, HS1-HS9, PA20-PA78, PA80-PA88, PH15-PH18, PH15-PH44, PH49, PH50, ZE.
