Once we've dispatched your order, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can click through from the email and track your order directly. You can also use the DPD App to manage your delivery and update your preferences. Happy tracking!

• DPD has an estimated  1-hour delivery which will be sent to your phone via SMS or email. 
• If you're not home, no worries! DPD will leave your order with a neighbour, or a nearby DPD Pickup shop. 
• DPD will take a photo of your parcel as proof of delivery, so no signatures required. 
• DPD tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate. 

A few things to note:

• Some items may come from different locations, and may have separate tracking numbers.
• If you are not home, your order will be delivered to a neighbour or sent to a local DPD Pickup shop for collection.
• If you're order tracking states it's been delivered, we advise for you to check your delivery preferences, with your neighbours, your designated safe place, and any prior communication from the courier.
