Out of Stock Items:
If your size is out of stock please sign up for the 'Notify me' on the product page and you’ll be contacted via email if the item is back in stock. To check your local store availability, please contact the store directly.
Store-Sourced Items:
In some cases, the item you ordered may not be available in our Distribution Centre. To ensure we do our absolute best to get your product to you, we will try to fulfil from our store network directly. This is either indicated at the checkout process on our website and may also be detailed in our dispatch confirmation emails.
Items are delivered separately on a standard delivery service only, and shipping times may vary during busy busy periods.
Transferring items between stores:
We are currently unable to provide store-to-store transfers. However, if the item you're looking for isn't available at your local store, you can easily place an online order and have it delivered straight to your doorstep or to a near by pick up shop location using DPD / UPS Inflight options. Alternatively, you can also check the availability of the item with our concession partners.
