STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange items purchased in an AllSaints store up to 28 days after purchase, including sale items. Simply bring your receipt and unworn items back to a store (excluding outlets and concessions) trading in the same currency as the original purchase. For a refund, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment. For an exchange, you can exchange for another item in store or you can be issued a gift card refund. Items purchased in store can't be returned by mail to our stores, or our distribution centre.
ONLINE ORDER RETURNS TO STORE
You can return or exchange items ordered on our allsaints.com website, to an AllSaints store (excluding outlets and concessions) up to 28 days after purchase. Simply bring a copy of your original order invoice and your unworn items back to an Outlet store trading in the same currency as the original purchase. For a refund, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment. For an exchange, you can select another item in store or we can issue a gift card refund.

CONCESSION STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Purchases made in department store concessions need to be returned or exchanged according to the department store's own policy and cannot be returned to AllSaints stores. Online orders placed on allsaints.com cannot be returned or exchanged at concession stores.
OUTLET STORE EXCHANGES
Purchases made at our Outlet stores are eligible for exchanges only within 28 days of purchase. Simply bring your receipt and unworn items back to an Outlet store trading in the same currency as the original purchase. Our team will assist you with an alternative item for exchange or provide a gift card refund. Online orders placed on allsaints.com cannot be returned or exchanged at outlet stores.
