I'm having issues with a promo code - what should I do?

We are sorry that you are having trouble receiving or redeeming a promotional code. This could be for a number of reasons:

1. Your promo code email may have fallen into your spam email folder.
2. The items in your basket are sale or promotional items, and not eligible for further discount. 
3. The code has already been redeemed. Promotions can only be used one time only.
4. The code has already been applied to the order. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5. The code may have expired. 
6. When AllSaints is in sale or promotion, the discount will already be applied to the displayed price. There is no code you have to enter at the checkout.
