You can use our delivery partner’s in-flight delivery preferences to request address and date changes whilst your parcel is in transit if you need to.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can return your order using our free returns service for UK and US orders. For international orders, you can return your order using the international returns portal by clicking here. 

Once your parcel is received by AllSaints, we'll be able to process your refund.
