You can either return your order using our free returns service, or you can return to an AllSaints stores. See below for more details.
Return to Distribution Centre
- We offer free returns for online orders placed on our UK website.
- Use this link to register your return with our courier partner and follow the instructions.

Choose from the below return options:
- Print your return label and attach to the parcel;
- If you can't print the Royal Mail return label, no worries! Just show the Royal Mail team your email label or QR code and they will take care of the rest.
- Book a Collection: from your doorstep, office, or safe place. Royal Mail can also bring the label to you.
- Store purchases cannot be returned to via the online returns service.
- You won't be able to select the items you are returning when creating the label with Royal Mail.
- Ensure the parcel is properly packaged and take it to your local Post Office.
- Keep your receipt as proof of return
- If Royal Mail does not accept your parcel due to size or weight, contact us
Track your Return
Track your return using this link. Note that the Medway Mail Centre is not the final destination, and it’ll take at least 48 hours for your package to be delivered to the AllSaints.

Return to Store
- You can return or exchange items ordered on our allsaints.com UK website, to an AllSaints store (excluding outlets and concessions) up to 28 days after purchase.
- Simply bring a copy of your original order invoice and your unworn items back to a store trading in the same currency as the original purchase.
- For a refund, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment.

For an exchange, you can select another item in store or we can issue a gift card refund.

Delivery Cost Refunds
Your delivery costs will not be refunded if you cancel your order after it has been dispatched as our free UK returns service is provided in place of reimbursement of the original delivery charges.
However, delivery costs will be refunded if:
- you cancel your order before dispatch;
- you return a faulty item; or
- AllSaints cancels your order due to stock availability.
If you choose to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will refund you the value of our least expensive delivery method. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information on how to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
