We offer a free online returns service, and returning your online order has never been easier, in just a few clicks, you'll be all set!
Returns Portal:
Use our AllSaints returns portal to locate your online order, select the item(s) you wish to return and register your return to create a free returns label.
- UK Orders: UK Returns portal.
- US Order: US Returns portal.
- Order Updates: We will also keep you updated via email on the status of your return.
A few things to note:

- You can return your online order using the free return service for a refund only. In case of exchange you will need to place a new order for the item you are looking for.
- Proper Packaging: Ensure the parcel is properly packaged and take it to your local drop off point, and keep hold of your receipt as proof of return.
- Issue with parcel size or weight: If the returns carrier does not accept your parcel due to size or weight, please contact Customer Experience.
- Store purchases cannot be returned to via the online returns service and need to be returned to a store.
- Some exclusions apply, as outlined in our returns policy.

- Please note the the Royal Mail Medway Centre is not the final destination, and may take 48 hours for the package to be delivered to AllSaints warehouse.

Return to Store Option:
- You can return or exchange items ordered on our UK and US websites, to an AllSaints store (excluding outlets and concessions) up to 28 days after purchase.
- Simply bring your unworn items back to a store trading in the same currency as the original purchase and communicate the order details, so they can help you with your return.
- For a refund, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
- For an exchange, you can select another item in store or we can issue a gift card refund. Exclusions may apply.
