If the item is still in its original condition, you can take advantage of our free return process, outlined below. Rest assured, these policies do not affect your statutory rights.

Our Returns Period is 28 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund to your original payment method. Items returned outside of the 28-days will be sent back to you.
- Exchanges: While we do not facilitate exchanges for online orders returned to our distribution centre, the positive news is that you have the option to exchange UK and US online orders within 28 days, only at our mainline AllSaints stores - this excludes Outlets and Concession stores.

Garment Condition: Returned Items must be unworn/unused condition, exactly as you received them, complete with their original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
- Cross Border Returns: Returns can only be processed in a location that trades in the same currency.

Faulty Items: It's worth mentioning that any faulty items sent back to us will undergo an inspection to verify a manufacturing fault
- Jewellery: For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund pierced earrings unless they are faulty. All other jewellery must be unused and returned in resalable condition.
- Fragrance: For health and hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund fragrances once the original packaging and cellophane wrap has been opened. Please contact Customer Experience to arrange a collection for your fragrance, if you need to return it.
- Swimwear and underwear: For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear must be unused with the tags and hygiene seals intact and in the original packaging, unless they are faulty.
- Handbags: To return your handbag please wrap carefully in the original dust bag to prevent any damage during shipping.
- Footwear: Please ensure you package your footwear carefully in the original shoe box to prevent any damage during shipping.
- Cancellation: If you are a UK or European customer, you may cancel your order and return any item to us in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
- Repetitive Returns: We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We actively track customer return patterns, and any unusual or frequent return activity may be identified and, at our discretion, could result in refusal of returns or the closure of your AllSaints account.
