Whilst we don't offer exchanges for online orders, you can exchange UK and US online orders in our UK and US AllSaints stores within 28 days.  Please see below for everything you need to know about using our stores to return orders.

If you wish to use our returns service, you will need to return your item or order for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or colour. 

ONLINE RETURNS TO STORE

Return your UK or US online order to any AllSaints store (excluding global department stores, concessions and physical Outlets) within 28 days for a refund or an exchange.

• Refunds will be issued in the original currency and payment method, exchange or gift card.
• Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.
• Online orders placed using Klarna can be returned to any AllSaints store for a refund via the original form of payment only. 
• International orders cannot be returned in any AllSaints stores
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
