If your order or item is considered lost, we need to raise an investigation on your behalf, and in order to initiate this process we need you to complete a declaration form to confirm non-receipt. Be assured, this is industry best practice.

The data you provide in the Declaration Form is essential for the courier team to undertake their investigation effectively. If information is incomplete or inaccurate, it will delay or prevent the claim being processed.
