Standard shipping

• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Outlying areas may take longer.
• A signature is not required for shipping as UPS may leave your parcel in a safe place.
• You'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center for use on the UPS website.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take up to 7 business days. 

Next business day shipping

• Order by 5pm (EST), 4pm (CST), 2pm (PST) for Next Business Day Shipping, shipped Monday to Friday. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
• Order After 5pm (EST), 4pm (CST), 2pm (PST) on Thursday and before 5pm (EST), 4pm (CST), 2pm (PST) on Friday and receive your order on Monday.
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• You'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center for use on the UPS website.

We strive to meet our delivery times, however, during promotional periods deliveries may take a bit longer. Occasional tech updates or unforeseen events like extreme weather may affect our delivery services. Rest assured, we'll do our best to minimise any disruptions and our couriers will keep you updated.

Restrictions

At AllSaints, we strive to provide you with the best delivery experience - please take note of a few restrictions.

• Alternate Addresses: For your safety and security we do not ship to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.and Amazon lockers.
• Fragrance: We are unable to ship orders containing AllSaints fragrance by air transportation. Only US mainland addresses can checkout successfully. You will be restricted at the checkout if you enter an overseas address.
• Store-fulfilled items arrive within 3-5 business days, but may take longer during busy periods. We'll let you know during checkout if an item is from a store.
  • Orders with multiple items may come from our distribution centre and an AllSaints store.
  • Each shipment has its own dispatch confirmation email and tracking number.
  • Distribution center deliveries follow your chosen service, while store-sourced items use Standard Shipping only.
