We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been confirmed in our system and you have received an order confirmation. 

This includes: 

• change the colour or size of the items in your order
• change the email or shipping address 

You will need place new order for the correct size, colour, or under the correct email address or shipping address. You may be able to change the address for your order using inflight options from our courier. 

If your order is already on its way, please return using our UK / US / International returns portal.
