Returns Processing Times

• Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to reach us
• Once received, returns are processed within a few business days
• You can track your return using the UK Royal Mail Track & Trace service link
• You can track your return using the US UPS tracking service.
• Please note during busy promotional periods returns can take up to 2 weeks to be processed. 

Online Refunds

• Once you receive the Refund Confirmation email, allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your available funds. For PayPal refunds, expect 2-3 business days. Gift card refunds will reflect within 1-2 business days
• The refund will be processed using your original payment method. 
• If you made a split payment with gift cards and a credit card, the refund will prioritise the gift card used first during checkout, followed by your payment card.
• Klarna refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and your statement will be updated
