International Processing Times

• Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to reach us
• Once received, returns are processed within a few business days
• You can track your return using the DHL tracking number provided when you completed your return request on the International returns portal 
• Please note during busy promotional periods returns processing will take longer than 10 business days. 

International Online Refunds

• Once your return has been processed and you have received your Refund Confirmation email, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your available funds.
• This can vary depending on your bank and payment method.
• You will be refunded via your original form of payment.
