If you have completed an international order under an incorrect address you may have a few options:
- We are unable to change the delivery address for any international order in process, even if the order hasn’t been shipped.
- If the international order has been shipped, depending on the status of the delivery and the courier, we may be able to update the address (we cannot guarantee but will make the best effort to do so).
- For International orders shipped via DPD: get in touch with our team if the courier is DPD, so they can look into a change or returning the parcel back to us
- For international orders shipped via DHL: You may be able to change your delivery address using DHL’s On Demand Delivery
