If you have completed an order under an incorrect address, you can request a cancellation or attempt to change the delivery address. However, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order as Global-e immediately processes confirmed orders.
You may be able to change your delivery address using DHL’s On Demand Delivery. Alternatively, if your carrier is DPD, you can change your address in Global-e’s admin portal. If the shipment can be cancelled, you'll receive an email confirmation, and any charges made will be reversed.
If the order ships, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information.
If you wish to return the items upon receipt, please click on the following link to generate a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and follow the instructions on Global-e’s returns portal.
