If your item develops a fault, here are a few options for you:
- Return the item online or to our mainline stores within 28 days from the date of purchase. You can find more details on our return page.
- Get in touch with our team in-store or with Customer Experience for any purchase older than 28 days.
- We currently do not have an in-house repair service, but we are launching an initiative for 2024 called "Repair Rewear" for leather jackets only, available in selected stores in London.
- We can't guarantee replacement parts, but you can get in touch with our Customer Experience team if you still have the proof of purchase, and they will check how to support you with a spare part.
