If you’ve spotted a suspicious social media account, website, app, or anything else using our brand's logos, images, or other intellectual properties, we’re here to help.
How to Identify a Scam
If you receive an email:
- Check if the sender has an official AllSaints email address. Our legitimate emails end with @allsaints.com.
- Unsure? Contact us, and we’ll verify the sender for you.
- Remember, we will never ask you to pay to enter any competition, raffle, or program.
If you receive a message via social media:
- Is the social media account verified? Verified accounts display a checkmark, confirming their authenticity.
- Again, we will never ask for payment for any competitions or promotions.
Suspected Scam Activity?
- Please report it to us by emailing ask@allsaints.com.
- When reporting, include the URL of the suspicious website.
- If contacted via email, please attach the original email.
If You Think You’re a Victim of a Scam:
- We strongly advise you to report the incident to your local police.
- Contact your bank and secure your social media, email, or mobile accounts immediately.
