Tracking your online order has never been easier. Follow these simple steps to check your order status:
Order Tracking:

Note: Tracking may take 24 hours to activate.
Dispatch Confirmation:
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number. For UK and US orders, you will receive proactive order status updates via email to keep you informed.
Managing your Delivery:
- UK Orders: We recommend using the DPD App to manage or rearrange your delivery.
- US Orders: We recommend using UPS myChoice to manage or rearrange your delivery.
- International & European Orders: We recommend using either DPD or DHL in-flight options.
Delivery When You're Not Home:
If you are not home, our shipping partner may leave your order with a neighbour or at a nearby Pickup shop.
Proof of Delivery:
Our shipping partner may take a photo of your parcel as proof of delivery, so no signatures are required. Please note that for DPD this is standard practice.
Important Notes:
- Multiple Shipments: Some items may come from different locations and may have separate tracking numbers.
- If you are not home: Your order will be delivered to a neighbour or sent to a local DPD Pickup shop for collection.
- Not received your order?: If your order tracking states it's been delivered, check your delivery preferences, with your neighbours, your designated safe place, and any prior communication from the courier.
